Good to Know

Due to the textured nature of bouclé fabric, we do not recommend these beds for puppies or dogs prone to excessive chewing or scratching, as this may damage the fabric’s loops.

The fabric is suitable for dogs with darker coats, and loose fur can be easily removed with a vacuum cleaner.

Delivery & Care

Your bed will arrive vacuum-packed for convenient delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the mattress to fully expand and regain its shape, although your dog can enjoy their new bed straight away.

All US orders are fulfilled from within the United States. This means there are no import duties, customs charges or tariffs to pay on your order.

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom and United States, any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are not included in the price of your order or delivery charge.

Order Processing

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Teddy London cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, adverse weather or peak trading periods.

Please choose your bed size carefully 

If the vacuum seal has not been opened and that you are able to fit the bed back into the cardboard box then we will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please request a return within 14 days of having received your order by e-mailing us at hello@teddylondon.com . 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns so it will be up to the customer to cover any shipping charges to get the bed returned to us safely. If the vacuum seal has been opened then unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons but also due to the fact that the bed can not be re-packaged once expanded and therefore cannot be sent back.

Your bed will come vacuumed packed, please allow 24 hours for it to fully inflate. Your dog is able to get cosy and use it straight away.

If you believe you have received a faulty bed please e-mail us to discuss within 14 days of receiving your product.
