If the vacuum seal has not been opened and that you are able to fit the bed back into the cardboard box then we will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please request a return within 14 days of having received your order by e-mailing us at hello@teddylondon.com .
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns so it will be up to the customer to cover any shipping charges to get the bed returned to us safely. If the vacuum seal has been opened then unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons but also due to the fact that the bed can not be re-packaged once expanded and therefore cannot be sent back.
Please make sure to carefully check measurements before purchasing any of our beds to avoid disappointment. Our team are always happy to answer any queries you might have at hello@teddylondon.com
