**Whilst the outer fabric is robust, we do not recommend our boucle squeaky bone for aggressive chewers or puppies. Whilst they are made from a hard weave fabric, they are not indestructible and we cannot guarantee the lifespan of this toy. Your dog should be supervised at all times and if the toy becomes damaged please remove this from your pet immediately.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Teddy London cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Please choose your bed size carefully
If the vacuum seal has not been opened and that you are able to fit the bed back into the cardboard box then we will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please request a return within 14 days of having received your order by e-mailing us at hello@teddylondon.com .
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns so it will be up to the customer to cover any shipping charges to get the bed returned to us safely. If the vacuum seal has been opened then unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons but also due to the fact that the bed can not be re-packaged once expanded and therefore cannot be sent back.

Your bed will come vacuumed packed, please allow 24 hours for it to fully inflate. Your dog is able to get cosy and use it straight away.
If you believe you have received a faulty bed please e-mail us to discuss within 14 days of receiving your product.
